사대주의事大主義

The behavior or characteristic of a flunky: someone who performs menial tasks or carries out orders for a superior, often in a servile, fawning, or overly obedient way, seeking favor or reward, and lacking independent status or importance. It implies excessive deference and a willingness to do small, often unimportant jobs for powerful people, reflecting a lack of dignity or pride, and is generally a disapproving term.
