A country that existed in the lower reaches of the Nakdonggang River; the Gaya Kingdom is the collective name of the six countries founded by King Kim Suro and his brothers in 42 A.D.; known also by the name of the Garak Kingdom, the country was merged into the Silla Kingdom in 562 A.D.
